Windows 10 - Mouse Issues With and Without Fix
« on: June 05, 2016, 11:27:35 AM »
As the title says, I am running Windows 10 and am having issues with the mouse cursor.

With the fix (For 1.11, 1.30, 1.40) my cursor is stuck in the middle of the screen. Without the fix, I have full control of the mouse, but cannot select anything on the main menu.

I have tested all compatibility modes.

Does anyone have a solution?

Windows 10 - Mouse Issues With and Without Fix

Fixed it. The issue? My desktop screen resolution was too high.

My default screen resolution is 1920x1080, I had to lower it to 1366x768.

I also have the Tribes shortcut set to Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP 2

Then when opening the game the cursor was working, and I changed my in-game video settings to Fullscreen, Fullscreen Driver OpenGL, and resolution 1366x768.

And now I am actually able to run the game without having to downgrade my resolution first.
