The last time I actually meant to listen to Gorillaz was like 4 years ago, when clint eastwood first came out. I was in Atlantic City and me and my friend zane were walking through the beaches and developments looking for kids to box. Shit was so fun. It's where I learned to box.

i was going to be like, flac is absolutely useless unless you do sound editing, mixing, etc.
but then, that's exactly what you do. so never mind.
i love flac too, but i'm fast running out of harddrive space so mp3 @320 here i come!
mp3 (at higher than 256) is like a good porterhouse.. sounds great.
flac on 7.1 is like a fillet mignon.. only for special occasions when you want those high range strings/percussion to make your ears abnormally happy (albeit your hard drive very full).
You're right though.. unless you've got a nice HD sound system, there's no audible difference between flac and mpe@320.
