    Torrent Software

    I've been using Vuze (formerly known as Azureus) and it's been giving me issues on my older PC.. can anyone recommend a simple low-resource program I can use to manage my torrents? I'd prefer a suggestion from someone who has tried several.

    utorrent is the best by far, vuze is loaded with useless crap, its why i quit using it

    plus if u configure it properly utorrent will get great download speeds and wont use up all your bandwidth.. i can play games with no lag while torrenting

    bitornado. utorrent is fine too, but BT is the simplest and has always worked the best for me.

    I have a secret G****E hack... Lets you download EVERYTHING. Takes no longer than 3 seconds to find what you want... It's just not great for movies. Best for music and programs.

    got utorrent and I like it.. simple. all I want is to download stuff.. I don't want it to do my laundry or lie to my girlfriend for me

    One question for utorrent users..

    I know that when you start a torrent, you can select which files you want and which ones you don't.. is there a way to do that after the download has started? I ask because I'm downloading a show and I am watching it as I download it.. I want to download the episodes in order so I can watch them while I download instead of waiting for the entire thing to finish.

    If not.. owells.. but it would be nice. Vuze could do that.

    you can change the priority of each file however, right click a file and it should have a priotity list, and you can arrange the list by name so it is in order, provided that it is labled properly
