    Wow, end of an era. Almost 10 years since Tribes came out. I have met a lot of you over the last 9 years and some just over the last 2...I want to say it has been great gaming with all of you from the man I started the Magistrates with Superfly{KW} M-NookieMonsta) back in 99 to even Fig now. This game defined the multiplayer experience and even if a lot did not play it much anymore, it is still a good time every now and then. R.I.P. IrishNudists old OGL post made me realize what this game used to be. GG, GJ

    Zed's master server was www.tribesmaster.com but it is down.

    We do have the Tribes Master Server software so when Sierra takes their master offline, we should have one up and will announce it on here.

    Yes, thats true, sol black. We have faced so many problems and we always win.
    Daftie, when a noob downloads tribes1 full game, they wont be able to join online, right? Even with the new master server we might create... They need to apply the IP, etc. ahm?
    If so, thats going to be a problem. Unless, a new installation is created, and everyone change the link of their "Tribes Full game". Also, we will need to contact many sites like downloads.com... eh...

    Hey guys, I am the Project Lead over at RenWerX (Renegades) and we are working on a solution in conjunction with some others to make sure there can be a smooth transition including possibly a nice updater to apply missing patches and update the master servers. If anyone wants to talk about it I am on irc.dynamix.com (as Novanix) .

    Also for what its worth we have had about 6000 downloads of t1 and about 5000 dl's of the patch on our website since we started hosting the game files.
