Installation Instructions

The three links are three different options.
You must download WinRAR to unzip them.


First two options are really the same.
The third option is if you want to play in 1.30 Tribes servers, which are secured from cheats. Learn more about 1.30 here.


If you choose the first option, search your computer for Tribes.exe.
Unzip the mem.dll contained in VistaMem.rar.
Move mem.dll to the same folder where your Tribes.exe resides.

Second option is exactly the same procedure, but instead of mem.dll, the file you unzip is named T1Vista.exe from T1Vista.rar. As an additional step, you must also right-click on T1Vista.exe once you have moved it and choose Send to > Desktop (Create Shortcut).

Third option is the same as the second option's procedure, with different filenames again, but not recommended unless you know what Last Hope is.

i cant get this to work, i dont think i can do it on my own, it seems simple but to a dummie it is impossible,
Is their any way someone can help me please. like post one that is already updated. or fixed.
i just boutht thislabtop and i am not liking windows 7 at all untill tribes runs on it

simply unzip the executables to your desktop, and then move them to your tribes folder.. make sure you re-make your tribes shortcut to lead to the .exes you just unzipped though. otherwise it won't work.

Hey, I installed Tribes and the 2nd patch listed - one problem - Where are the servers?!

I used to be an avid player until my win 98 PC died, and started a family of my own.

Is there a patch or upgrade I need for a master server?
